All inclusive it definitely is not

Stayed for an all inclusive week in March The hotel is ok, dated but adequate The room was meant to be superior, it definitely was not, basic and shabby, grey coloured old thin towels and a bathroom that stank of drains All Inclusive!!!! Definitely not Tea and coffee in the room…2 free sachet then you have to pay €3 for another 6 sachets No milk in the room, and water for the kettle has to be purchased from the local supermarket!!! Unbelievable Drinks…… you’re lucky if you get a measure when Ordering spirits, the drinks come in the smallest plastic cups you can imagine. luckily I’m not a big drinker otherwise I’d of spent all night ordering at the bar This is the best bit….. there are cocktail menus on every table in every bar. However unless you pay for them, even when you’re all inclusive they come with no alcohol!! I have done a fair few all in hotels over the years and this is definitely the worse and the biggest rip off Avoid and pick something that honours all inclusive, oh and it’s wasn’t cheap!!

Very relaxing holiday.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel, since the last time I was here, I have developed some food intolerances, the restaurant managers were so helpful and catered for my every request. The food was not only delicious but there was more than enough of it. I can't thank the staff enough! The room was very nicely decorated, nice tranquil place to unwind. The pool area was nicely laid out. I loved the design of the hotel, all the external structures were slightly different, not regimental. The evening entertainment was really good with a selection of different singers every night. The piano bar was really good, big spacious and the lightening was perfect, all staff working really hard. The cleaners that did our room were very dedicated. Nice and polite. Made such a good job. The hotel was being re painted when we were there. We took a photo of the pool area at night and it was beautifully lit up and looked spectacular. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And I am really glad we chose yo stay here again.

Perfect for what you pay for

Too many people want 4 star luxury but are not prepared to pay for it. 4 star refers to the facilities not the condition of the hotel. This hotel is a bit tired looking and is not luxurious but it has plenty of pools, a gym, night time entertainment etc and guess what? Plenty of sunshine! And it is cheap. The food is not cordon bleu but it is fine for canteen food. Plenty of choice. Staff are great. The hotel seems to cater mostly for Italians. There are loads of cafes and restaurants nearby and the beach is walking distance. Rooms are spacious with large beds, a great shower and a balcony. If you're not bothered about luxury it's good fun and you won't be disappointed.
