Sol Lanzarote All Inclusive
6296 reviews
Sol Lanzarote All Inclusive is a family-friendly hotel in the bustling town of Matagorda, on the south east coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. The hotel has a bright and modern design, with whitewashed walls, balconies and surrounding greenery. Rooms overlook exotic gardens, mountains and long stretches of sand where you can relax and enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Nearby you’ll find the thriving town of Playa de Matagorda less than 10 minutes away by car. This local hotspot has a selection of Spanish restaurants, serving traditional Canarian dishes, as well as a range of lively bars to enjoy a refreshing drink before sunset. For a fun day out with family or friends, you can discover more of the island's scenery on a mountain bike trip, or try sailing out on the water.
There are three outdoor pools and one shallow option for tiny tots at the resort. And if you enjoy keeping fit on holiday, you can go for workout sessions at the gym. For some downtime, you can head into the centre of Matagorda and book a massage or beauty treatment at one of the local spas, while the kids are being looked after at the hotel.
Your taste buds won’t be disappointed either with a sprawling buffet serving a selection of meats and melt-in-your-mouth desserts. And when you need a place to kick back and relax, the In & Out Lounge Bar is waiting. As for light bites such as sandwiches, pizza and ice cream, there’s a snack spot located by the pool. Or, there’s a supermarket fully stocked with drinks and nibbles. After dinner, you can enjoy some family-friendly entertainment at the hotel, before hitting one of the resort’s popular karaoke bars.
The hotel runs a kids' club for children aged between five and 12, where they can take part in a range of games and activities including fancy dress, treasure hunts as well as arts and crafts.
Rooms boast a contemporary flair with wooden floors and bright white furnishings. Relax in spacious interiors equipped with air-conditioning, a TV and safe. And bag yourself a sea view option for unparalleled views on your balcony. Superior suites take luxury to a whole new level owing to the state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and mini bar. But for a sprawling queen size bed and lavish living area, the Xtra Sol room is a must. And for families with young children, baby cots are available upon request.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and location.
Lovely hotel, great location and staff very helpful. Considering they were under the pressures of Covid restrictions they did very well keeping everything on track and the room we had spotless. Only down side, as others have said, was great range of food choice but it was generally cold/tepid in temperature instead of hot. If they could sort this food issue out it would def be 5/5.
STAYED 5TH-12TH MARCH 2022
The positives of this hotel are location which is beautiful, rooms are clean. The bar staff work continuously and with a smile on their faces. The downside is the food, breakfast is okay as plenty of choice, lunch and evening meals are not good. Several people we meet were eating out every day which is not what you want on an All Inclusive. The beds are rock hard, if you didn’t have a bad back before your holiday you will when you leave. Not enough staff to clean the restaurants. Would I return again in the future No due to the food.
Lovely hotel
Very clean hotel and rooms very spacious the food was excellent there was a variety of it and I feel you could not go hungry here the only thing that let it dawn was cold poached on a couple of occasions and they need to check on the snack bar that there is food available all the time it is open a couple of times there was no food left even when only been open for about 30 mins good variety of desserts very good measure of the drinks and a lot to choose from he hotel location was right on the beach plenty of sun lounger around the pool the kids entertainment was good didn’t really see the adults entertainment the adults day activities were mainly based around the pool doing keep fit a quiz or bingo would have been good they have a good games room down stairs I did have a massage and that was great I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful yes the pools were cold but it was only March the weather was not to bad had a couple of sunny day but very windy not the hotels fault close to small shopping center and not to far from playa del Carmen the airport is close you can hear the plane but this did it bother us
