I went to stay on a girls holiday, the transfer was efficient. However when we turned up to the hotel the staff were quick to make excuses about how Love Holidays never confirmed the booking which can't have been true as we then were given a room in the hotel next door which had been prearranged, this was nowhere near the standard we had paid for and was quite frankly not up to standard, we were told we had to use the original hotels facilities. As soon as we complained the hotel staff were rude, refusing to let us speak to a manager and coming up with multiple excuses how they were never in when we could see them in their offices, Love Holidays had even said that the hotel we were put in didn't actually exist. We then fought for 2 days to get a room in the original hotel and they kept saying we are fully booked. Love holidays even rang them but no luck! Miraculously a room then became available and it was our room we were meant to be staying in, in order to be able to move we were presented with a contract which was not proper English and had contradicted themselves as it said 'due to an overbooking situation' which when we then pointed that out they went away and printed another 'contract' threatening us that if we did not sign we could not stay at the hotel. I have never been so disappointed with customer service at a hotel especially as a group of eighteen year old girls they made us feel so unwelcome and just tried to get away with overbooking . It is safe to say I will never be staying there again. To give credit where its due, the hotel itself was exactly how it looked it had a lovely pool with a bar with friendly bar staff and the room when we eventually got there was clean and modern and the bathroom was lovely.

Our day would start off having breakfast in the hotel, there is a massive choice and you simply would not go hungry. When the weather was good we would sunbathe round the pool- the pool is very cold but this was expected and was lovely to cool down. We would then order lunch from the bar and eat it in the restaurant, the lunch was so cheap yet so nice. We would then go to our room and get ready for the evening. All of the hotel staff were absolutely amazing and would talk to us and check in with us everyday. One night all the electricity went down and one of the men offered us a new room which had working lights and said he will sort out the issue ASAP. because of this hotel we would definitely come back here!

Just returned from 12 fantastic nights, from the time we arrived Angela on reception made us welcome, every day she would have a big smile and al2ays chatted, the women in the bar especially the young girl worked superbly. Spent many days around the pool and the service was spot on, rooms were comfortable and there wasn’t much noise. Hotel is a short walk from the Main Street with lots of bars and great restaurants. Highly recommended and we will be back next year Paul and Michele D13
