I actually stayed 2020. Sol Melia used to have this and the antillies in early days It has no atmosphere at all and like an airport Not nice THE entertainment is very poor as is the repetitive food There was no control in the dining room or pool with rude and noisy guests using very bad language CLINICAL rooms

A Perfect post pandemic holiday

Nov 2021 | KarlandCathJohnson

A lovely hotel in a quiet location….. Ok we stayed out of season and after the pandemic so was a lot quieter but couldn’t of asked for more really. Excellent rooms - Meliá Family room Two bathrooms Two bedrooms Pools were freezing but it was October. When you get over the initial shock was lovely. Excellent slides for the kids and water/splash area. Short walk to the beach and Palma Nova / Terranova Restaurant did get repetitive however, was end of season, not too many in hotel so not the full restaurant offering! Always freshly cooked meat / fish every night if you wanted. Great sweets selections for the kids (self service) How many hotels do you know with Strongbow on tap? Was impressed Entertainment what you would expect from a Spanish holiday resort! Overall a very enjoyable and much needed holiday that was enjoyed by our family! Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Hotel of horrors

Oct 2021 | Tennesseetaylorxo

Has to be the worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast awful. All I can say is pack some Frosties in your bag you’ll thank me later. Rooms well I’ve seen cleaner rubbish bin’s. Throw up on curtains and doors dust and hair and unknowns everywhere bath towels have more holes in them than the ozone layer. More dna in these rooms than Amsterdam’s finest street if you know what I mean. It’s just a disgusting place. Changed rooms 3 times gave up and cleaned the room myself. Staff what staff? I’ve seen more people working at a funeral home than I have here. Lifeguards? Hmmm Pamela Anderson is more suitable for this job than the 4 useless red stuffed gnomes sitting as far away from the pool as possible not looking up from there phones. If you think you might need help I would start praying to whom ever you believe in as it’s not gonna come from them. Parking €12 a day no thanks Entertainment same level as watching the Grand Prix with my eyes closed. Sports bar….it’s like a magic show sometimes he’s there some times he just isn’t. All in all I wouldn’t of paid £40 for this hotel let alone £400. I have never been more excited to head back home. Save yourself some money and hassle it isn’t worth it. Hotel keeps reporting my review.
