Honeymoon - Rock Suite Platinum.

Excellent all round! Stayed here in October 2021 with my wife. We had to wait a long time following the wedding for a honeymoon so took a punt on the Hard Rock Hotel, great decision. The room was a Rock Suite Platinum which just oozes style and a room we didn’t really want to leave. I have been to Ibiza before numerous times but this was the first time with the wife and we both loved it. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. With it being out of season there were no events on for the guests but I think the price reflected this. There was a pool side DJ pumping out the finest house music from 11-7pm ish daily, even joined on occasion by a saxophonist and a violinist to add to the music. The breakfast buffet was unlike anything I’ve ever seen, if you can eat it for breakfast, they served it! All in all, couldn’t recommend the place more highly!.

Another great Hard Rock Hotel

This was a last minute break for a few days during half term, we got a great deal to stay here and that made the trip even better. We were upgraded when we checked in, probably because the hotel was preparing for the annual shut down and we’re minimising cleaning! Some of the restaurants and bars were already closed but that didn’t spoil the stay at all. The staff were fantastic and the service was superb. As always the food quality was great and so was the variety available for breakfast. We ate at the pool bar for lunches and this was really good. The rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We stayed in a Gold Suite with a sea view it was huge with a really cool terrace looking across the beach.

Great hotel. Perfect for a short getaway. Food average and pools not overly warm.

We visited Hard Rock Ibiza for October half term. Firstly, it was pretty good value as a package with BA, so no complaints on value (although drinks etc on site are not inexpensive). The hotel itself is pretty cool, in terms of styling and theme, which you’d expect for a Hard Rock. Staff are friendly and pretty efficient, so getting service was easy. Beach area is nice, with plenty of sun loungers and lots of open space. Love the atmosphere in the day, DJs playing music by beach and main pool area, which ends at 1800 ish, so doesn’t become a nuisance at bedtime. Kids club is pretty good, as teens can dip in and out, use the facilities like Pool, table tennis, fussball and gaming. On food, breakfast is good quality and varied. Kids liked the buffet and they consumed their body weight in muffins and the like. On dinner, there are two main restaurants, a formal and a casual. The casual options are all pretty unhealthy and massive portions, but at least you don’t go hungry! The formal restaurant (Tatal) is good quality and more variety. Kids options are a little limited, with only 3 main choices at both. The pools are large and loads of sun loungers. Aesthetically it looks good, with swim up bars etc. Fairly typical of Spain, but only one pool was heated (and not super warm). The largest pool was not heated and almost unusable in October (the sea was warmer). As it wasn’t too busy, the wasn’t a major issue as we stayed by the heated pool (was about 30 degrees). Rooms were good. We stayed in a Rock Suite, which was fine for a family of 4. Only minor comment was no one checked your use of mini bar, so things were not replenished, which was a minor irritant. Location of hotel is mega convenient. Literally 5 mins from airport. This means you get planes flying over, but that didn’t bother me. Overall, I liked the hotel. Great for a short getaway. Kids liked it and we enjoyed seeing the sun for 6 days.
