Very Impressive Hotel

We visited,the Delphin,at the end of February for a week but we were unlucky with the weather, The Hotel is stunning in appearance possibly the nicest one we have visited in Lara or Belek,the whole place is spotless and they have an abundance of Staff who we found very good at their jobs,you never had to wait to be served,Special mention to Guest relations for helping us with our UK form,the room was Ok and the shower excellent,The outside heaed pool was very nice So why only 4 stars,well the food was served to you at all meals,you pointed to what you wanted and you were served,however the selection was not great and not very warm,we like to go to the al a carte restaurants when we go away,but you had to queue at 08.00 to book that day or a little later to get the following day,as Turkey is 3 hours ahead of our time it did not work out for us,I feel the system was not good. Overhall,lovely hotel had better food.

We visited for a week at the end of February and have to say the hotel was the best we have visited so far! There is so much on offer. The food quality and choice was amazing. All the staff were very helpful. They were very vigilant with cleanliness, particularly post covid. There was a good indoor pool which was good as the weather wasn't so good on some days. The only negative point was I booked a room for the 4 of us, 2 adults and a 14 and 10 year old. We got a double bed, a single bed and a small sofa bed. We had to pay £200 upgrade for a room with two double beds which was unfortunate. I would say just check what beds you are getting with the room first. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Stayed for a week beginning of march, lovely hotel and grounds. Food could be better most things are closed. Heated outside pool is lovely but there’s no air con in the rooms only heating! Spoke with reception and they said because it’s their winter they won’t allow cold air in rooms till summer. Had to sleep with the door wide open the whole week
